Absolutely amazing experience with Events Fantastic! We used them for our Mother’s Day celebration and everything was beyond beautiful. The backdrop and carpet completely transformed the space and made the whole event feel extra special and elegant. What impressed me the most was how incredible their service was. They helped us organise everything and managed to put it all together within 24 hours. Honestly, it was amazing. The whole process felt easy, stress-free and so professional from beginning to end. Had an awesome experience working with Events Fantastic at our event at the Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort in Gold Coast. The drape line and carpet setup looked awesome and really elevated the whole space — everything came together so smoothly and looked super polished on the day. Aaron was a phenominal asset and is really easygoing, responsive, and just got things done without any fuss. You can tell he genuinely cares about the end result, which makes a big difference when you're pulling an event together. I couldn't believe how easy this hire was. I emailed with very specific (and I thought nearly impossible) needs for the inflatable tentacles for a school production... the next thing I know is a very comprehensive and super helpful email landed in my inbox. The company worked hard to make sure the delivery arrived with as much time for us to work with them as possible. So light and easy to use. And return was already sorted so all we had to do was put them back in the boxes they came in. Everyone was so thrilled. I was looking for the perfect table centrepiece for a corporate Gala Dinner I was organising - and Events Fantastic had exactly what I was after. They then went the extra mile when I needed an extra centrepiece and table runner at the 11th hour! I can't thank you and you team enough - I sincerely appreciated you being able to do that. The Events Fantastic team provided incredible centerpieces for a work event I organised at The Star Hotel. Everything from the initial stages of choosing from their catalogue to installation on the day was done with ease and everyone was extremely helpful, this set my mind at ease as I was organising the function from another state. I can not fault Events Fantastic! Being from Melbourne I found them on Google after being in charge of organising a Gala night in QLD. Their communication from the start to end was amazing. The letter lights were perfect and I didn’t realise they could colour change when I ordered them. This was perfect for us, allowing us to customise the colour to match our night. Super easy to deal with and fantastic game options to keep a party entertained! We hired multiple garden games from Events Fantastic a number of weeks ago, for a conference held up in Sanctuary Cove. The company were very easy to communicate with, made the hiring process seamless and most importantly the games we received were brilliant and kept our conference attendees entertained for hours, not to mention great value for money! 10/10 products and service from Events Fantastic. I recently had an 1980's birthday themed event and these products were far superior to any other 80's themed in QLD. The 3D dance floor was a highlight and the 80's themed backdrop dramatically worthy of many Instagram posts. The Events fantastic team were super professional in their set up and pack down and attention to detail was sublime. I literally didn't have to do a thing. Would highly recommend. ~ Georgina R
Wow where do I start . It was absolutely spectacular. Tom and his wonderful team from Events Fantastic supplied the most amazing Christmas decorations at Odyssey for our annual Christmas night market . The impact it had on our residents their friends and families , the stall holders and their children and the community made for a magical night. Everyone was still talking about it this morning. We hired some light up letters, dry bars and stools from Events Fantastic for our wedding reception. The booking process was easy and the delivery arrived on time. The hire equipment was in great condition and really elevated the event. We received many compliments from guests about the light up letters in particular, they really stood out! I hired an outdoor screen and some theming for my Christmas event and was really impressed with the results.
